my sleeping schedule is really screwed up

And by screwed up, I mean almost normal. I have gone to bed before one o’clock for…the entire week? Maybe? I’M ALREADY TIRED AND IT’S ONLY 9:00. WHAT IS GOING ON.


  1. zispot said: I just went through the exact same thing. I was sleeping by 1:30am for a week & then I’d wake up at like 9 without my alarm, then be tired again about 10. Still on an almost normal sleep cycle & it’s a little creepy but I’m not gonna fight it. 8X
